MODEL RELEASE: I hereby grant Kim Hudson Photography, Kim Hudson and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable right to use and publish photographs of myself, my family, and/or child/ren for the purpose of display, editorial work, trade, portfolio, advertising, website, or publication to promote the Kim Hudson Photography studio or Kim Hudson. I agree that these images can be used by Kim Hudson Photography without additional compensation to the above stated. * I agree. I do not agree.
COPYRIGHT: As a client of Kim Hudson Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Kim Hudson are protected by Federal Copyright Laws and that I may not make ANY reproduction of the images in ANY form (print or electronic) without the express written consent of Kim Hudson. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. * I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement. * I agree.
